The product seems to be well made and of good quality but the round part which goes into the mouth is so big that it hurts the jaw and is likely to damage the teeth

Looks fantastic, feels great. Great for making the wearer drool helplessly... Isn't wide enough for most penises if that's your plan (look for a Jennings gag instead if it is).
If you’re someone with a smaller mouth or jaw problems you might have some difficulty using it, since you can’t really bite on metal like you would with softer gags, which means you can’t move your jaw and it can get uncomfortable. I’m getting used to it though.
