I bought this after I got the ovo kegel balls because I realised that the ovo balls were great, but probably not the ones to begin with. Thats ok, I've got them for later! This single Layla weight is 55gr, so its no slouch, but its a lot easier to use as a first weight than a double set. This one doesn't have the internal duo ball thingy, it's solid, so you have to do your exercises with it, but thats ok too, the weight kinda forces you to remember to do them. All round, a helpful little device!

I feel like the loop is going to snap at some point in the future, but that's not so important. The weight is perfect and silicone is super easy to clean.
