it makes a loudish noise when done up tight, not as good as other tenga products

The toy came on time and I talked to customer service as well! They were amazing its just my choice of the toy wasn't good as it wasnt as powerfull I couldn't feel the vibrations at all that much. Wasn't up to my satisfaction
