Received this product 2 days after ordering which was great. The product comes in quality packaging, with a charging cable and manual booklet that also gives information about their other products - great for thoughts around future purchases. the product itself has dust resistant silicone that is silky to touch, and its easy to charge and use. Overall the product is good value for money - i purchased it on sale but i wouldve still considered it at full price. The vibration patterns are diverse, giving room for creativity and fun. The vibrations can range from mild to strong - not super intense but still very pleasurable. The only downside is that its not waterproof so i would take extra care when washing it to avoid water damage. I am still fairly new to toys and this is only the second toy ive use but all in all 9/10 from me :)
